Erin was previously at Cullen & Dykman, LLP, where she spent time in both the firm’s banking department and commercial litigation department. While in the banking department, she represented banks and other financial institutions on commercial real estate financing, asset based lending, Small Business Administration loans, lines of credit, equipment financing, loan renegotiation and workouts. She also represented financial institutions on REO sales, loan sales and participations and has experience advising them in matters of regulatory compliance and bank operations. While in the commercial litigation department, Erin represented corporate, utility and banking clients in litigation matters including breach of contract, real property disputes, federal banking statute claims, mortgage fraud and commercial and contested residential foreclosures.
Erin graduated from Hofstra University School of Law, where she served as Notes and Comments Editor of the Law Review. In law school, she worked in-house for Roslyn Savings Bank, where she handled compliance, regulatory and corporate governance matters.
